HERDSA Fellowships are open to anyone interested in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and who wants to engage in a recognised process of reflective development.

The workshop will be facilitated by HERDSA Fellow, Dr Lee Partridge, and is supported by local HERDSA Fellows and Associate Fellows

Lee Partridge is a member of the national HERDSA executive and has been actively involved in the WA Branch of HERDSA for a number of years. She has been a HERDSA Fellow since 2013 and has mentored others through the process. She has also been a facilitator in the TATAL (Talking About Teaching and Learning) movement, which supports reflective practice and the HERDSA Fellowship journey.

This workshop allows time for working on your portfolio with ‘roaming input’ from the experts

and will address the following topics:

Is there a best time to undertake a Fellowship?

What is the standard required?

Hear some real life experiences

What are the benefits??

See some examples

How long does it take and what does it involve?

What is the mentor/mentee relationship
